Yours Truly: this is why i prefer one story, brick but polished so if an earthquake happens it wont fall and if fall its not going to kill you, baked brick stuff is easy to build and the community can start it by themselves and the authorities particularly in Europe wont get threatened by groups of people doing somewhat small scale operation.
