I think you`re right the car is imported from germany, but that "D" is just a plastic simbol and it has nothing to do with the papers of the car... and you didn`t understand what the video wanted to show: that is not a taxi, he`s doing an illegal job as you can see he takes all the covers out and that is just a simple yellow car...
